BOBEE, Nicholas – 1916-2010, peacefully at Centennial Place Millbrook on Sunday February 28, 2010 at the age of 93. Beloved husband of the late Katherine Bobee. Loving father of Edward (Louise), Ernie (Marilyn) and Garry (Susan). Proud grandfather of 7, great grandfather of 8 and great great grandfather of 1. Brother of Angie Worobec. Nicholas lived his life as a farmer, a soldier WWII, as a worker with the Ministry of Natural Resources and a God fearing man.

HOOTON, Lorne Morris – peacefully after a sudden illness at PRHC on Friday February 12, 2010 at the age of 69. Loving husband of Marion ( nee Tedford). Herd, Theresa Buller, Sally Thissell and Lynda Beavers; and sister-in-law of Norma Lentz and Caroline Lentz; predeceased by sisters Erna Buelow, Alma Maschke, Louise Newell, Lee Hughes and brothers Wilfred Lentz and Henry Lentz.

Loupelle (LaRue), Rita Marie
Died on Thursday, December 31st, 2009.

Rita Marie Loupelle (LaRue) was born and raised in Sudbury, Ontario on May 5th, 1921. She was the fifth child in a family of twelve children. Rita, and husband Nicholas, raised their family of seven children in the Creighton Mine/Sudbury area. Rita moved to St. Joseph’s at Fleming in June 2004 from Anson House in Peterborough, where she resided for one year. Rita entered peacefully into rest with her family at her bedside on Thursday, December 31st, 2009 in her 88th year. She was predeceased by her husband Nicholas and two daughters Carole (Ron Graham) of Vancouver and Phyllis (Chris Evans) of Sudbury. Rita will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her family, her daughter Audrey (Bogey) von Bogen of Buckhorn, Ontario, Nick (Diana) of Prince Edward Island, Wayne (Claudette) of Calgary, Alberta, Keith (Therese) of Bathurst, New Brunswick, and Craig (Kara) of Barrie, Ontario. Rita was the loving grandmother of 21 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 3 great, great grandchildren. Rita is survived by dear sisters Diane Chellew and Rejeanne Bouchard. She was predeceased by sisters Lucienne, Georgette, Aline, Yolande and brothers Clifford, Cleo, Lucien, Conrad and Phenney. Rita will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Rita’s first language was French and she spoke both French and English fluently. Rita’s husband worked as a miner in the Inco Mine at Creighton. Besides raising her family, Rita found time to work as a gifted seamstress and outfitted numerous wedding parties. She seldom used patterns, preferring to work with her own designs. Besides sewing, Rita enjoyed knitting and crocheting. For relaxation, although she was not a big fan of television, she enjoyed listening to classical music and spending her spare time reading. Rita also loved to participate in bowling, bingo and music programs. A very devote Roman Catholic, her faith and participation at Mass was very important to her. She was very happy to have been able to attend Christmas Day Mass in the St. Joseph’s Chapel and receive Holy Communion. Rita was always grateful to receive the Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick each month. Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Benson Funeral Home in Millbrook, Ontario. Cremation has taken place.

Loving grandfather of Sandra (Ted), Patrick (Sharon), Steven (Andrea), Amy, Aaron, Laura (Paul), Shaun (Leila), Diana (Adam), Krista (Rigoberto), Benjamin (Cassandra), Stefan, Malakai, Kiki and Mary. Survived by brother Lloyd Rouse (Do) of Bewdley and predeceased by sisters Gladys, Margaret, Ruby and Rene. A heartfelt thank you to the staff of Trail House Centennial Place, Millbrook for their exemplary care and immeasurable kindness over the past four and a half years and especially during our father's last weeks.
